Following the complicated recycling system and the ‘chips in bins’ fiasco, the controversial garden waste service has been removed but not replaced at the most inconvenient time of the year.

The scheme involved obtaining brown bags from the library then calling for a special pick-up truck. The fragile bags could not be left outside as any rain caused them to degrade on the spot.

Still no new service!
